1. Are you aware of all of these awesome offerings for kids at Nats games?* At every home game for the rest of the season, kids ages 12 and under can get a free meal that includes one Hebrew National hot dog, a bottled water, a bag of chips, and Topps baseball cards (while supplies last).* On Signature Sundays, fans can get autographs from two Nats plays, coaches, or broadcaster before the game starts — vouchers are given out in Section 103 on a first-come, first-served basis 80 minutes ahead of the first pitch.* Kids ages 4-12 can run the bases after Sunday afternoon games.* There are several giveaways coming especially for kids.* There are Story Time sessions before games on select dates (four more Sundays coming up), with a Nats players reading to attendees.* The Kids Zone has a super fun play structure for little ones.* The Jr. Nationals Club gives members all kinds of great benefits to enjoy throughout the season. 2. Jazz in the Garden, the popular summer concert series that takes place in the National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden, begins on May 31. Nathan and the Zydeco Cha Chas will perform the first show– and the lottery for tickets is now open! Tickets are issued by lottery to give everyone interested an equal chance to attend. Concerts will take place every Friday, 6-8:30pm, and lotteries take place the week before, opening on Monday at 10am and closing Friday at 12pm.
